Progressive lenses require precision

Progressive lenses are more advanced than ordinary single vision lenses. They need to work at several distances at the same time: close up, far away and everything in between.

That is why measurements, frame choice and fit are especially important. Not only how the glasses sit on your nose, but how the lenses are adapted to your vision, your eyes and the frame you have chosen.

Everyone has a different distance between the eyes. Eyes sit at different heights in relation to the frame. And everyone uses their glasses in different ways.

Small differences can affect how the lenses feel when you read, work, walk down stairs or move between different distances.

Fast should still be precise

Fast delivery does not mean we skip the important steps. We check your prescription, go through how you use your glasses and help you choose a solution that suits both your vision and your everyday life. When your prescription, frame, measurements and lens choice are ready, we check that your progressive glasses can be delivered in 3 working days.

Only in unusual cases can delivery take longer, for example with very unusual lens choices, certain special solutions or if the lenses need to be tinted according to a custom colour sample. If you choose from the colours already available, tinted progressive lenses can usually also be delivered in 3 working days.

4. We measure your eyes
   We measure and mark how your eyes sit in relation to the frame you have chosen.
5. We confirm the delivery time
   We double-check that your glasses can be delivered in 3 working days.
6. You collect your glasses in store
   We adjust the fit and make sure everything feels right.
